Anapamu (pronounced Ana-pa-mu) is a 100 year old southern style house located in the heart of downtown. It was once the home of city Mayor Cleo Lloyd, circa 1910. The house is furnished . Looking to share with congenial others, enrolled graduate students and working adults interested in a long term living situation. The house is three blocks from the Courthouse and Sunken Gardens, main branch of the Santa Barbara County Library, and all restaurants ....walking distance to downtown SB and State Street. It is a 9 mile drive to UCSB, brisk bicycle ride or take the express bus that leaves from a stop about 4 blocks away.

Downstairs, there is an large kitchen, living room with wood beam ceiling and hardwood floors & dining room. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and utility sink. There is a back patio area with a picnic table & lounge chairs. There is a shaded front porch & sitting area that faces out onto a tree lined street. There is cable T.V. in the downstairs living room, and wireless internet that reaches to all the rooms. Upstairs are five large bedroom . The bedrooms have some furniture or you may bring your own. There are beds & mattresses available. The rate for the rooms is $850.00 . Rent includes some housekeeping, all utilities, T.V. and Internet access. There is a seperate large master bedroom downstairs, already occupied.
