Please E-mail us with questions or for details, ___________________________________________________ Fall 2010 Winter 2011Term Fees and Payment You can submit deposits, contracts and monthly rent payments to the above address. Rooms are available for a 10 month lease period August 1st to May 31st . Rates are $695.00 per month per person includes all utilities. To begin your contract there are 2 options : Option 1. Monthly payments; $1390.00 deposit reserves a space First month's rent of $695.00 is due August 1st and on the first of the month thereafter. There is a four day grace period; late fees apply on the 5th day of the month. Once the term begins checks can be mailed or dropped off at the resident manager's house located adjacent to the main house. If you have satisfied all terms of the lease and no damage to room, $695 of the deposit is applied to May rent and $695 is refunded to you after you vacate the premises as provided by law. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Option 2. Payment in full in advance. If you pre-pay for the entire August 1st to May 31st lease period, a 5% discount applies. $695 x 10 = $6950.00 / less $350 = $6600.00 Plus $695.00 deposit $7295.00 due _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If extraordinary reasons prevent the tenant from completing the term we will attempt to re-rent the space and refund you accordingly.
