Payment and Lease Details

Room is for one person . Rent is $850.00 per month, includes utilities & internet. We are looking for people who forsee living in Santa Barbara long term, a year or more. Sorry, no pets.

$2200.00 deposit begins your lease and includes your last months rent & $500 refundable deposit.

There is a four day grace period; late fee of $50.00 applies on the 5th day of the month. When you move out, if you have satisfied the lease term $850 of the deposit can be used for last months rent and $500 is refunded if you leave the room clean with normal wear and tear.

In summery $2200.00 is required to move in
